Privacy Policy 1. Controller and scope Eco World Corporation S.r.l., Via Canova Antonio 12, 20145 Milano (MI), Italy, PEC: ecoworldcorporationsrl@pec.it, is the controller for personal data collected through www.ecopack.ai. The website is a B2B information and enquiry channel: it does not create online orders or payments and does not offer a newsletter or marketing-subscription form. 2. Data processed when you submit an enquiry The form may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, message, language, and enquiry source. To protect the form from abuse, we also process strictly necessary technical data, including IP address and a browser-derived technical identifier, for a temporary ten-minute rate-limit window. 3. Purposes and legal bases We use enquiry data to reply, prepare quotations or samples where requested, and continue the requested commercial contact. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Form security and abuse prevention are based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. 4. Recipients and email delivery The website does not maintain a searchable database of submitted enquiries. It validates and relays the enquiry to company mailboxes through Resend, which acts as a processor for email delivery. Resend may process the content required for delivery in the United States; the transfer is governed by the contractual safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum and applicable Standard Contractual Clauses. Subsequent correspondence is handled in authorised company mailboxes. 5. Retention Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are reviewed and deleted when no longer necessary to handle or close the contact. If an enquiry leads to a quotation, order, or contractual relationship, relevant records are retained under the applicable commercial, tax, and legal obligations. Technical anti-abuse data is retained only for the short rate-limit window stated above. 6. Cookies and Google Analytics The website uses essential cookies to remember cookie preferences. Google Analytics is loaded only after consent to analytics; without that consent, the website does not load its script. See the Cookie Policy for details and to change preferences. 7. Your rights and contact Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
