PEC for privacy requests: ecoworldcorporationsrl@pec.it. 2. B2B enquiries The website is a B2B information and enquiry channel, with no online orders, payments, or newsletter. Name, company, email, phone number, and message are processed to respond, prepare quotations or samples where requested, and take pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Technical data used to prevent form abuse is processed on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. 3. Processors and transfers Resend acts as a processor for delivery of enquiry emails and automatic replies. Its service may involve processing in the United States; we use the contractual safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum and applicable Standard Contractual Clauses. The website does not retain a searchable enquiry database; subsequent correspondence is handled in authorised company mailboxes. 4. Retention, analytics, and rights Enquiries with no commercial follow-up are deleted when no longer necessary; records relating to quotations, orders, or contracts follow applicable commercial, tax, and legal obligations. Google Analytics is loaded only after consent.
